This study reports how to overcome the challenges experienced in achieving successful synthesized Schiff base via types of (chiral and achiral), synthesis, nature products, its antibacterial applications. is a versatile ligand which useful asymmetric reactions prepare chiral catalysts. It also used symmetric achiral compounds. In line with compounds, conventional (room temperature refluxing) microwave irradiation methods are two main synthesize as reported this review. Among various experimental approaches, supports green chemistry approach because benefits environmental sustainability. Problems relating products formed from bases were examined resolved. Herein, could either be solid (crystals, powder, precipitate), oily, or viscous (sticky) products. Some familiar characterization techniques identify confirm syntheses bases, such solubility test, melting point (MP), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR), discussed. addition, studies on corresponding metal complexes confirmed their biological relevance human.
